Return & Refund Policy - Pickmee

 

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you can return it within 7 days of delivery.

 

Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging. Innerwear and items on final sale cannot be returned.

 

Refund or exchange: You can choose either a full refund of the product price or an exchange for another size/product. Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days after we receive and check the returned item. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are made by bank transfer/UPI.

 

Return shipping: The customer pays the return shipping cost. If you received a damaged, defective or wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will replace it free of cost.
